Haha plus I didnt have time to draw anything and scan n color and all.

Theres something about your drawing I really, REALLY like...and I dunno what it is.

I just noticed I forgot to color the zipper...oh well I gotta bounce

That's an interesting color job. looks like you used a lot of smudgging techniques. Really should've shrunk the picture, though.

I'm not exactly sure how I feel about you doing that, though. This may sound stupid or jerky, but I don't like people screwing with my art.

You have to admit, it looks pretty darn sweet though.

But I still like the original better. This one is a bit...weird.

There are things I like about SunOfFlame's CGing, the hair for instance, but the one thing I really don't like is the blurriness. All of the artwork I've seen from SonOfFlame has that excessively blurry quality to it. It's just my opinion, but I think the blurriness takes away from the work...I'd prefer a sharper image

Sorry if i offended you by making a coloring, I know where you're coming from, and I'll make sure not to do it again.

And yea...its blurry cuz I still suck at photoshop. Isnt there a way to fix up the look by blowing up the drawing(not maximizing) coloring it, and setting it back down to size? It just looks so terrible if i leave the straighty edges.

But lets get back on topic, I pushed everyone too far away from it. This is Uncommons thread, so if you're gonna reply, give a comment on his drawings.

The Fiona girl, I don't know if she's gonna be used for something or what, but the drawing definitely places her as the innocent girl in my mind. I can tell what you mean by non-effort on the hands (especially the one on the base of the guitar)

I generally like the drawing, but the guitar sort of p.isses me off, rude as that might sound. The biggest problem is the neck, which should go from wider to skinnier, and the strap, which just does not look like cloth at all. The guitar strap should be draped over the other shoulder also. There are no strings, and the pickguard needs to sort of half-encompass the hole in the body.

I really, really want to know what the squiggly thing right off of her collar is.

Fiona is one of the less primary main characters in Where Gods and Mortals Dance. I know the guitar isn't that good, but it's a lot better than ones I've drawn in the past. Also, the patch on her shirt (assuming that's what you meant by "squiggly line") is an 1/8 note. Fiona's a bard.

I was prolly overreacting a little with your fan-coloring. I can dig it. Thanks for the appreciation and all.

Also, WGMD needs more NINJAS.
