Holy crap, that sucks Eggie. It must be shocking to find out that something you took for granted is seriously not right. It is quite interesting that it never seemed stange to you though... in a way, you are perfectly normal (considering yourself normal), it is just the opinions of specialists that set you apart. I'm not sure what I'm getting at.

I'm pretty damn zen about everything I do.I almost never get angry.But when I do anger I go into a complete 'get the fuck outta my way before I tear you in half' rage. I cope by doign somehting extremly exhauasting.Like punching trees or (my favorite) doing handstand push ups until you can't raise your arms.Works off stress and builds muscle!HOOHA! But seriously.I don't think I am bi-polar but the anger inside me still scares me today.When I was kid my mom and dad would just lockme in a room until I was so exausted form goinng nuts I'd just collapse. I'm just scared because when I get mad I hurt everything/everybody around me.And when your that mad I can't really feel pain.I still remember people trying to stop me...that didn't turn out so cool.
Like I said just stay away from angering stuff like the ku klux klan and neo nazis (white power my ass).and if you get angry try and isolate & tire yourself out before damage is done. I have plenty of freinds that are most likely bi-polar. So we just do things like video games and working on a computer.

Or in my case, playing really hard songs (for me) on DDR, stomping the crap out of the machine to vent anger, rinse, lather and repeat until you practically collapse. Generally by then I've vented my anger, and all is fine  .
