As far as looks being something to be unconcerned with and being about game design, I completely agree, but it seems Artimus made the comment because he saw her picture and decided she was hot. Might be just be, but it hardly seems a surprising thing to be said, considering the community's past reactions whenever a girl pops in... whether it truely is a girl or not.

I highly doubt this. Artimis' quote implies that he's surprised that a veteran returned. Artimis said "cute" clearly out of the need to post a  -styled comment in his reply to Lucier. |

Hmm. according to his post though, he didn't really know her (remember she was like 'do I know you?'), he just knew she used to be around a little while. Eh, either way, it does seem to be getting clearer why PHC said it was a "HOLY SHIT A GIRL!!" comment :p

To be perfectly honest guys, I have nearly zero interest in lucier. 
[edit] to be a little more on topic, fyre's point is well seen; despite the numerous positive things happening, we've got some ways to go. Pointing fingers and stirring shit is not going to help. The first rule should be, Don't go preaching about better forum etiquette and common respect, if most of your energy goes into nitpicking others' posts and finding reasons to hate people.
