If the tree's trunk is going to get thinner, it would probably be best to shorten it by 1/3 of a tile (or by half a tile, if 1/3 proves to still be too long) as well to make it more proportionate as that photo. _________________

Okay, trimmed the trunk up a bit and added new stone/rock/gravel road. Better or worse?
One thing I really need help with is the water. For example, the water in the picture is basically my water tiles on the world map. I have never been good at water tiles so any suggestions would be great. _________________ MOCBJ Software - My Games

Trees: much better. You may want to consider trimming the roots. They look a bit awkward. _________________

The roots do need some more work.
I have completely redone the intro. Many graphical updates and changes have been made (which was badly needed IMO). The only thing left to work on in the intro is the "Big Fiend", which will undergo re-shading at some point.
Last night, I made an attempt at a new bear. Compared to the old bear, I think it is looking better, but the shading is awful. For some reason, I cannot make shading look worth a crap on bear/furry sprites, so any input at all would be appreciated.
I am embarrased to even put this up...

I think Fenrir-Lunaris would be great with some assistance in shading furry sprites
As far as I can give input on, I'd say lose the black outlines on the bear that doesn't outline its shape on the outside. _________________ http://www.castleparadox.com/gamelist-display.php?game=750 Bloodlust Demo 1.00
