Ah, cool, it works, you can access any type of graphic and optionally save in strips. Good job.
I haven't done anything. _________________ "It is so great it is insanely great." |

by the way, the file with runtimes contains only the files needed to run the program, which cut down the size from about 1.4MB to 768KB, not so bad eh? if there was only a way to speed up the loading of big images, unfortunately there isn't, the only way would be to use directX, and yea I use API setpixelV to plot the graphics, which is still a little slow.
small graphics loaded fast because of their size.
edit:I have discovered a bug, if there is 0 palletes in the game, the program reads that there is -1 palletes, I will fix it, and upload it when I get home from college.
edit:edit: file uploaded, no more bugs. _________________ Try my OHR exporter/importer.

This program is looking great.
The scroll bars are a little interesting to use but it gives you
the option to jump to a section of the file, rather than having
to scroll through them, so that's good.
I'm glad to see you've got it loading straight from the file.
What if the person just wants one frame of a file? _________________ New OHR Importer teaser program available.

the program allows you to extract frame by frame,
example, walkabouts are save like this
up1-filename, up2-filename, etc
get a frame you want, delete the rest.
but it shouldn't be two hard to implement single frame saving.
if you guys want it, I can do that for you. _________________ Try my OHR exporter/importer.

This program is GREAT. I can draw some tilemaps in the ohr, then easily extract them into other programs to spice them up (or draw harder stuff), then import with bairly any quality loss. You are my new hero, EXCELLENT work my friend. _________________ But enough talk, have at you! |

Hmm... sometimes, it seems to load the wrong game. For example, I tried to load Metal Slug F, but it simultaneosly loaded Arfenhouse 3 and my newbie game! To be exact, it gets Arfenhouse's tilesets, weapons, small and large enemies, and palletes, while the rest are from my newbie game. If it's filename problems, I'll have you know that Metal Slug F is Mslug.rpg, Arfenhouse is Ah3.rpg, and my old game was MACHU.rpg . What could this bug be? _________________

re: maintaining quality: you can indexize your BGs in your paintprogram (setting it to use the OHR palette), then put it back to 24bit color. then it will import into the OHR completely unmangled. |

hmm..... machu tell me exactly what you are doing, what system are you using? I have no idea why its happening to you, it shouldn't be happening at all, because whenever you open new file it automatically loads tileset from that file. try downloading the ohrgfxRT, maybe something is wrong with the dialogbox file you have on your system. _________________ Try my OHR exporter/importer.
