St. Ajora, you didn't understand!

(Yes, I didn't read the whole message. :p The second design is better, Veld) |

Fold? I believe you are talking about the bottom of her butt? I can see its off perspective, its suppose to be further back than it looks, but , yes that is her butt, and yes the skin does make a fold/indentation there. Shadow, I said the emblem will stay no matter what, so assume its there already.

I want a back view then
Also, I just noticed the skirt armor thingy was missing. I was wondering why it had more clothes but seemed less modest. _________________ But enough talk, have at you! |

Really? So having plates of metal in front of the crotch is less modest than a really tight suit that leaves nothing to the imagination? Seems to me that the second one is a lot more revealing where it matters most. It doesn't make a difference to me, just pointing it out.
There are good points to both designs, I don't really have a preference either way. _________________ Locked

| I see you decided to go with the black body suit like I suggested, it really brings out the armor better and makes it look actually functional. |

The only thing that is strange to me is the pose. Maybe experiment with the pose a bit (show the front of the shield, make her look more battle ready instead of just standing). It's fricken sweet. _________________ Planning Project Blood Summons, an MMORPG which will incinerate all of the others with it's sheer brilliance...

That's the biggest thing missing in my eyes...the new style is great...but I just love the look of that skirt _________________

WHY are you even LOOKING there? shame on you. (laugh)
i prefer the second because the look is much more refined than the first. especially the helm... it looks sturdier and it being lower on her head makes her look much more studious and serious. _________________ LJ.Art

The second one is awesome-- and yes, I would concur it leans to the risque side of the scale ;)
I am curious where Meteor came from, and how she became the Castle Paradox avatar/mascot/hostess/whatever. I recall that she just suddenly appeared in the logo one day, and if there was a thread explaining her, i missed it. |

I don't think there was ever a thread. The story though, is, I came back to the community after some hiatus after Zantetsuken dissembled. The original logo was Bam the catgirl, after a while I found her out of place, and basically doesn't really fit the place. I pitched the original sketch to the administrators, and after finishing the current version, just became the new mascot for CP. By the way James, don't know if you know this but thanks for her name. _________________ If you hit a plane with the soccer, could you afford to fix it? - Shaolin Soccer

I like the second one better as well. There are parts of the first I like, but the second looks more heroic/battle ready. _________________ Ssalamanderr's Journal!: http://www.livejournal.com/users/ssalamanderr/
