So, the story goes that CN and I were pondering the downfall of O:OHR in late 2001. I had the concept for a site where you could submit your games and reviews directly, rather than e-mailing them to an administrator. Anyway, we were brainstorming names when I came up with "Castle Paradox," which stuck. I thought I was the first one to use the name 'till I found this:

Apparently, there was a BBS in Missouri in the eighties by the same name. If you're too young to remember 'em, BBSes are like little message boards that you dialed up with your modem at 2400 bps (that was fast back in the day, then the 54.6 kbps modems showed up). It tied up your phone line, but it was worth it because the good ones had some fun games.
Anyway, I found that interesting.

If you think that's wierd...remember that episode of Reno 911 we watched where they were going to bust the Burning Man convention and the 3 of them dressed up in tight, revealing latex? Guess what that site is for

| Wow, all these coincidences. Recently things like this have been happening on DeviantArt. I was quite surprised when I found a guy named Scarlet Dawn, which is a label I sorta go by. |
