And why are you looking there!
She's leaping into the air (notice the hair movement and the feet pointed down) so maybe I can chalk that up to swinging? _________________ Tower Defense Game |

Guys this thread is created specifically for posting the entries, save your criticism for the voting week. So far all of the entries look great so keep up the good work. _________________ Try my OHR exporter/importer.

The strongest woman in the universe. The sketch for the tileset was done in Adobe Photoshop (so I should probably be disqualified) but the coloring is all OHR. I don't care for votes... I'm pushing buttons by doing a tileset instead of hero or enemy graphics... geeeeeee! _________________ LJ.Art

Actually I thought about doing something like that, but decided to stick to a head-and-shoulders portrait. Similar pose, even! And even if the linework wasn't done in OHR, with all the effort you put into coloring, I think yours should still be valid.
Great work! |

That image is not only incredibly detailed and well shaded, but its style reminds me of DOS-based RPGs from the early 90's. |

You got 2005 and 2006 mixed up in your links.
And if I'm not mistaken, Komera's Jenik won 2005, while my Iris & Feather won 2006, so we've got both past winners in on it this time. |

Yes, I was the winner of the first contest. Probably why I'm not looking for votes this time around. I'm certainly glad you guys think my pic's valid anyway.
Now if I could just get She-Ra out of my head! I've been hearing both opening and closing songs in my head for the last two days. Watching "The Best of..." DVD set didn't help (except to draw She-Ra right, of course). _________________ LJ.Art

Well, since majority of the picture was done with OHR, I will let it pass. However, if I see anyone taking advantage of this, I will disqualify them.
The reason I am letting this one slide is that more then 60 percent this was done with ohr. _________________ Try my OHR exporter/importer.

*The sketch counts as 40%?*
I had to do the sketch in Photoshop because I couldn't do it broken up in 20x20 squares. However, that was okay for coloring because I regularly color pics super zoomed in, pieces at a time.
But seriously, regardless if She-Ra is qualified or disqualified, do you think she'd really get any votes when she's up against Laurette??? _________________ LJ.Art

Who knows, Laurette will definately get votes from slime lovers out there. But seriously, your entry is great, keep up the good work. _________________ Try my OHR exporter/importer.
