They also have to get either their Parent or their legal Guardian to fax in a paper saying "We understand the risks of allowing our child's personal information to be out there on the internet, and free (Insert Website Here) from all responsibility if something happens to our child as a direct result of being a part of (Insert Website Here)".
I think.
EDIT: All the registration success page says for an under-13 is "Your account must be approved, watch your email for further messages" or such. _________________ A broken clock is still right twice a day. |

That's not entirely true. Users under the age of 13 are required to present a permission form signed by a parent or guardian. The user's account is disabled until the form is sent back to me. Over CP's lifetime, I have only received one of these.
