when will you check that stuff anyway moderateors

Usergroups are basically obsolete now. I never did go and delete the groups themselves, but all usergroup specific forums have been removed. There really isn't much of a purpose to applying for said usergroups other than to be listed in the memberlist. I don't think any of the usergroup moderators pay attention to the group requests anymore. I should really just remove them completely.
